Terms and Conditions 79ee — Clear Rules for the Brazilian Player

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

By accessing 79ee, create an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use the services of 79ee. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

To use the services of 79ee, you need to create an account on the platform. Registration is free and available to individuals who meet the following requirements:

O 79ee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the user's identity (KYC process). Accepted documents include a valid RG, CNH, or passport, along with recent proof of address. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is released and may be requested again in cases of unusual financial activity.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials (email and password) secure. The 79ee is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their login information. O 79ee accepts deposits exclusively through the Brazilian payment methods listed below. All amounts are processed in BRL:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Balance confirmed in under 10 seconds in the vast majority of cases. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Boleto Bancário — generated within the platform and payable at any bank, lottery outlet, or internet banking service. Settlement period: 1 to 2 business days. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• Credit or Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard accepted. Instant processing. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay — Brazilian digital wallet. Instant processing. Minimum: R$ 20.00;

O 79ee does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or digital wallet are the responsibility of the user and their respective financial institution.

Deposits made by third parties — that is, originating from bank accounts held under a name different from the CPF registered at 79ee — are not accepted and will be returned, which may trigger a security investigation on the account.

To request a withdrawal at 79ee, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and have a real balance available in the account (separate from the bonus balance, which is subject to rollover requirements). Available withdrawal methods are Pix and TED bank transfer.

The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20.00. For TED bank transfers, the minimum is R$ 50.00. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the account holder at 79ee. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for the vast majority of requests, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. For TED transfers, the processing time is up to 1 business day, subject to banking system operating hours. The 79ee does not charge any withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during security investigations or additional KYC verification;
• O 79ee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals;
• Unconverted bonus balances are not eligible for withdrawal — only real balance may be withdrawn;
• If a breach of these Terms is suspected, withdrawal processing may be suspended during the investigation.

O 79ee offers bonuses and promotions periodically for new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published alongside the respective announcement. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on the first Pix deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Available exclusively to new accounts that have not yet made any deposit;
• Standard rollover requirement: the bonus amount plus the deposit amount must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted;
• Validity: unused bonuses within the validity period stated in the promotion are automatically cancelled;

In the event of a technical failure during a game — connection drop, freeze, or software error — the policy of 79ee is as follows:

• If the round was completed by the server before the failure occurred, the result will stand;
• If the round was not completed, the amount wagered will be returned to the user's balance;

• Bets accepted due to a technical error with clearly incorrect odds may be voided, with the staked amount returned to the user.

The user agrees to use the services of 79ee honestly and within the rules set out in these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be withheld);
• Using false information or another person's details when registering;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering);
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play or bet;
• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting technical errors or platform bugs;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantages in poker tournaments;
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users or members of 79ee;
• Carry out any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

O 79ee actively monitors suspicious behavior and uses both automated tools and human review to identify violations. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, at the platform's sole discretion.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or at suporte@79ee.net. Prior to closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn normally, provided the KYC process has been completed and no security investigation is pending.

O 79ee may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of third-party data;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Gambling activity that poses a serious risk to the user's financial well-being, where responsible gambling tools are no longer sufficient;
• Determination by a competent authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 79ee reserves the right to hold balances for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the full balance will be returned.

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Once set, a limit may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period;

• Session alert: configurable time notifications to remind the user to take breaks;
• Self-exclusion: account block for a period chosen by the user — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Activated immediately, no hassle.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account and request withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.
